New Adult Book Club discussion

I think I read it based on a recommendation or monthly read from this group. The heroine for some reason has to move in with the hero and his brothers on their estate. I think someone in the hero's family passed away and she's coming in to help (?). She moves into the guest house on their estate with one of the brothers who is a veteran and has PTSD. It's hate to love with some (?) Tension between the other brothers as well. I remember one scene vividly where the hero struggles with sleeping at night and the heroine wakes up and finds him in the kitchen. They have somewhat of a heart to heart and things get steamy. Other helpful hints are that theres a stable on the estate and I believe there are three brothers. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated I remember liking the build up between the two characters and NEED to reread ASAP.

I'm in that sticky position trying to find a book that i've been searching for for months now. I don't have enough details about it to formulate a telling description. But i do know that it's an NA romance. Apparently, the female heroine and male hero meet while he's rather naked and chilling in her bathtub. The book also has alternate cover editions - the one i saw had a blue/pink theme. I really hope i can get some help, so if you've got any ideas at all, i'd love to hear them!
