Death's End
question
Deaths End: Spoier Questions I need answers!

1 Who is Singer and what are the membranes/bubbles , is he part of the alien race that sends the 'paper light' machine that sucks in the whole solar system?
2. Following question 1, can someone explain what/how was the 'paper light ' weapon working? Is the solar system in 3d now and it converts 3d into 2d which makes 'rounded' into 'flat' shapes?
3. Following q2, was Needle eye the bard (in the fairly tale) representing this super alien /paper light alien civilization? Was he hinting on how to fight it in anyway?
Bonus: How do civilizations fighting reduce dimensions from 10D to all the way now to 3d? Do dimensions get lost everytime there is a war?

Well I read this book some time ago (5 years?) so I could only recall some details, but I think I can help answer some of your questions.
1: "Singer" is a name given by the author to a low-ranked alien scout in a super advanced alien civilization (much more advanced than the Trisolarans). He surveys the universe looking for items of interest, in particular other civilizations to which they'd attack by the Dark Forest law.
2: I believe you're referring to the Dual Vector Foil. I can't quite put it into easy-to-understand words, but say that we live in a 3-dimensional world. The "dimension-down attack" utilized by the DVF is to essentially collapse one dimension from the 3-dimension world we live in, such as the concept of height (or the Z axis in a XYZ plane). The direct result is, as described in the novel, akin to a fly getting squashed by a hand from above - completely flattening out the solar system and everything into 2-dimensions. Because we are 3-dimensional creatures (and everything else in the universe too), we can't live as 2-dimensional beings and we just straight up die. That's how the DVF works.
3: Yes - the hint is in the prince not being affected by perspective. Perspective here hints towards "a constant not changing" - the lightspeed. To escape from the DVF's dimension-down attack, you'd need to go past lightspeed. Method of which is the bubbles.
Bonus: It's unclear what methods they had used to go from 10D to 3D, but it's hinted that dimension-down attacks are involved.
