After 30 years of residing in one of Her Majesty's Secure Hospitals for the Criminally Insane, Dr Lawrence Percy, was about to leave. It wasn't with permission. He had, at long last, devised the perfect escape. Tomorrow, he would he walk out of the front door, as bold as brass, and no one would be any the wiser. There was a whole new world out there, unaware of his return, and he intended to make his mark on it.
