Instead of Marcus Aurelius, someone used the portuguese translation to create the book "Meditações de Marco Aurélio" but it should be combined.

The way authors in different languages are treated is to add the most common English version (Marcus Aurelius) as primary author. Editions with a different name on the cover (Marco Aurelio) should have that name as an additional author.
