Yeah like one of the things on the menu up top has more pages when you hover over it. Like the pages drop down.
Yaaay I managed to do it. I almost wiped out every single page on my blog (at least from the menu) but I managed to do it! Whoo hoo!

Hmmm....I'm not exactly sure what you mean by cozy and dark. Like a darker blog, like more...grey, black, whatever? Or...I dunno. But I would suggest lots of pictures of books and/or pillows and possibly some furry creatures. I know that wordpress is pretty confusing to use any time but once you've gotten your blog up and running it's super easy to post new things and stuff.

Gahhh, I keep changing my mind about how I want my log set up. Imma drive myself crazy... Maybe I should do something other than mess around on my blog... Like maybe clean my room... Or read... Nah, messing around on my blog is more fu... Wait on second thought, frustrating. Not fun.
Wordpress is confusiiiiiiing...

I'm also dead, would you like to go haunt Phoenix together?

Yeah,
Like I seriously only figured out how to add the follow button, like, two days ago... I thought I had it but it turns out I didn't. -_-

Mine had one when I got the template but if it didn't I still wouldn't have figured it out 😂

Honestly, same here. My template had a follow button I think--otherwise I would be followerless. Not that it's done much good I only have 21 followers and have been blogging for like two months now -_-

@Phoenix
XD
Well you're kinda my only friend who talks to me anymore... Also you were the first person who came to mind. ><
@Lilly & @Phoenix
You go to
Templates>Customise>Widgets>Add Widget
And then you scroll through them until you find the one that says follow.
There's also lots of other cool widgets as well- like adding your Goodreads books, listing your site pages, post archives, etc....
*Realizes that was probably unnecessary information*
... Oops

Yeah, I'm mostly confused by them, but I use them anyways. 😅

Ooh okay so...wait you use a post carousel? I don't exactly know how that works. But go to the post. In the settings that are just the post settings, see what category it's under. If you haven't made any categories it should say 'uncategorized'. Then check your post carousel to see what posts show up on there--you can set it up so that all posts from the 'uncaterogized' category show up there. You can also make different categories which helps for posting different things on different pages because otherwise all the things will show up on all the pages.
Hmm yeah I've never used a post carousel so I don't know how much I can help. Sorry that wordpress is being a pain. There's lots of tutorials online though?

Huh, that's weird. Ooh, you mean the featured image? So when you're on the settings for a post it should say, "choose featured image" and so you can upload a photo for that. I usually use Canva to make my posts look *fancy*

Lol, no problem, that's what I'm here for! Ah, that makes sense. Post the link to your blog when it's up!
GRAHHHH!!! WORDPRESS WON'T EVEN LET ME ADD EXCERPTS ANYMORE!!! I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT! 😡😭
(Does anyone know how to do that on the website? Wordpress is being frustrating...)

Never mind, I found something else that works. 😅

Yep, and okay, I can add excerpts, but I can't find the freaking setting. I think maybe my theme won't let me...
But I'm using the read more block now so that works. \_•_•_/

Umm not sure what you mean? Like just making a page to put widgets on? Or making a block to put widgets on the bottom of a page? I think you can just create a block and put a widget in it? Not sure...
To to customize, and click on the button that says widgets. Than, depending on your theme, either click add widget or select one of the footer bars then click add widget. When you've got it now you want, but the save button.

Sunny how did you become so infooooormed. You know like 5x what everyone else knows about wordpress lol.
Hmm, well, you can add as many widgets as you want in the footer area, or if you're working on the website, you can add "fancy" blocks that work like widgets. Then you can insert them anywhere.
@Phoenix
I messup around and learn things that way.
I mess
lol ha ha ha.
Umm Lilly what you might be thinking of is a sidebar. A lot of people use them to make their site look nicer and whatever. I'm actually currently trying to figure out if I can put one in (but it'll take a whole lot of work). Unfortunately only some themes use them so you may have to change your entire theme if the theme you use has no way to add it in.

Aaah I just activated a new theme and it converts everything but now all the stuff looks super weird in the new theme. So my blog is super ugly right now but I'm working on fixing it. No judging while it's terrible.

Aaaah okay so I just redid my blog a whole bunch can you guys check it out and tell me what you think? Also do you think I should have the matching signs on the about me page and the blogs I suggest page? (decide after you check it out)
Nice!
I don't know what you mean by matching signs, but my answer is googleplux.
