You should go to the Amazon pilot site and rate the pilot. http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&n...
It's different from the book, but still excellent.

Besides like the show, I'm just really pleased that we get something in UK at the same time as the US!

Excellent point, Kathryn! I'll use that the next time I give a lecture about the value of original Amazon streamed television vs. networks and cable.

My own novel has an alternate timeline in some of it with Nazis ruling the USA and Europe (Hitler Out Of Time

I also was one of the judges in the Festival's short film category - some real gems there.

His is most interesting.

Thank you Paul. Nice review.

I am stretching the last season out. Your review didn't spoil anything. (view spoiler)

Juliana annoys me, like she has since the beginning.
I’m sad they killed off Tagomi. I liked him.

I don’t recall his son being in the prior episodes. I am unclear why he is part of the story at this point.

I don’t recall his son ..."
That would be my one complaint. He was put there to make the Kempeti (sp?) more...normal...??

Finished episode 5.

So satisfying. It was shocking. I didn't see it either.

Now that I am done with the series, I may have to get my husband to watch it as well so I can watch it again. I'm sure there is a ton I missed. I also want to see if I can understand the ending better by watching it again.
I have the book as well but haven't read it yet. I think I may need to read it in 2020.

Read the book! It is a good book but there are a lot of differences from the show. They did keep to the essence of the book, I think.
The Man in the High Castle is classic, masterful alternate history by Philip K. Dick. Here's my review of the pilot of the Amazon TV series http://paullevinson.blogspot.com/2015...
