Sibella | 2 comments Hi everybody! My name is Sibella, and I am looking to interview YA authors on my blog https://reviewsofyabooks.blogspot.com/

I post interviews with authors on Thursdays, in a feature that I call Chat With Me Thursday.

I interview authors of all sub-genres under the YA umbrella, so if you're a YA author, I want to interview you!

If you are interested in being interviewed on my blog, please email me at reviewsbysibella@gmail.com, and I can send you some questions that you can answer at your leisure.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Sibella

I see that this was posted some time ago, but I've just recently set up my author page on Goodreads, and I came across your post. If you're still looking for people to interview, drop me a note!
Best,
JB Caine

I still don't quite get what folks mean by a YA genre.
My book, The Gifted could likely fit that category. It is science-fiction and the characters are all child prodigies, inventors, entrepreneurs, and adventurers. The book follows them as very young adults. I would love to have an interview to discuss this book. authorScharen@physicist.net

Cheers!

YA as a designation is relatively new...it represents a combination of your target audience and the ages of your MC's. Mostly it's the latter, though (teenagers) , because a lot of adults love YA lit as much as teens do. :-)

K.T. Anglehart (ktanglehart) | 4 comments Hello! I love this topic, and it's so funny because I just wrote a post about it on my Insta (@kt_anglehart if you want to check it out).

It's fascinating because I think so many books get labelled YA for marketing purposes when, really, they're likely New Adult. I'd love to weigh in if you're looking for YA authors to interview :)

Warmly,
Katrina

Byrd Nash YA Young Adult, is generally a coming-of-age story. Amazon classifies this as 12 years old and up. Others 13 and up. Middle grade books are for 8-12, and New College for 19 and up.
