What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I think I read this book around 2018-2019. From what I remember it was about this girl who didn't talk and kept tallys in a notebook for every word she said during school. She wasn't allowed in her mother's room, but eventually snuck in when her mom wasn't home and forgot to lock the door. The girl found a birthday card from her Grandma with a $100 bill inside and the card told her to come visit her Grandma and brothers in the woods, so she left to find them. After she had walked for a while, a group of older kids chased her and stole her money. She kept walking and eventually started to hear violin music that wasn't there. I don't remember how she got out of the forest but it turned out that her Grandma had been dead for a few years. Towards the end a group of girls from her school caught her on the bleachers by school track and were about to file her tongue when her ex bestfriend stopped them and called a teacher to come stop them. Here are a couple other random things that I remember that might help: One of her teachers had a crow taxidermy that was haunted and it kept "looking at her" and falling off the shelf. She also saw it in the woods. Another thing is that she had never had a birthday party, so one of her friends bought her a cupcake or something. Another thing: The friend's older brother was one of the ones that stole her money. Last random thing: Her mom liked to knit, but I don't know if that will help. Also I feel like the cover was blue, but I could be wrong. Thank you and I hope someone can help!
