Get a Life, Chloe Brown - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sailor Moon Eternal Edition 2 by Naoko Takeuchi
Sailor Moon Eternal Edition 2 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reason I read it: I loved the show when I was a kid, and I finally read part 1 last year. I would have read 2 last year too, but then lockdown interfered with interlibrary holds and when it finally came in, I realized it worked for the popsugar challenge, so I waited another month.

Blood Heir (Aurelia Ryder, #1) by Ilona Andrews

✅ - A book that fits a prompt suggestion that didn't make the final list - A book related to something positive that happened in 2020. The Night Masquerade - ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Get a Clue by Jill Shalvis
Get a Clue - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
Reason I read it: It was a Jill Shalvis and I hadn't read it yet. But it was a hard slog. Her humour was there, but the character work was lacking as was the mystery so it was just kinda a why bother. It was still okay enough to get 3 stars, but only just barely.

✅ - A cross genre novel.
🟨 - A book about confinement. (Set in a remote hotel were everyone has been snowed in.
🔠 - Sierra - Set in the Sierra Mountains.

EDIT I'm bumping this book down to a 2 star. I didn't like it, and I can't justify giving it a higher rating just because I didn't want to read any 2 star reads this year.

Tales from King Arthur - ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reason I read it: I've owned this book for at least 15 years and I'd never read it. I'm using the Popsugar advance challenges to clear out some of my owned book. I don't know that I'll keep this now I've read it, but it wasn't bad. I have read a lot of Arthurian inspired fantasy so it was nice to get a sense of the original myths.
