Mary Detweiler (mdetweiler) | 20 comments If one is to freely choose his or her definition of success, and then act on it, one has to embrace the belief that he or she has a choice; that he or she is in charge of their life and can set the direction or course of their life. If one does not embrace this belief, then he or she gives that choice away, allowing others to chart the course of their life. (Excerpt, When Success Isn’t Enough)

Elliot Brent (penmanshipeb) | 2 comments I like the above statements.
I would say that
They say success is an inside job, so then our job is to find success. Success then becomes dependent upon that individual's best. Our successes are not a destination, as it is often surmised; but I believe that success is of moments not seen with eyes. I believe that success does becomes apparent over time, because as our victories grow, so will our shine; that some will see as only material. But that's a shallow view, because those of failure can acquire great amounts of wealth and materials too. So then, success is dependent upon one's view. Success is a matter that God let's one choose.
For me, success is a matter of my best. And that is more than a destination, but rather a situation of constant experience that renders contentment.

My Blessings
Elliot Brent
