Leann (7leann) | 237 comments Some of us scored free e-copies of Ghosts Go Haunting (traditional collection of tales) back in 2016. I'm enjoying it now and could contribute a thought or two if it's picked.

This looks like it would count as a traditional tale collection, is this correct?

Adult: Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
YA: Ghost Wood Song by Erica Waters
Traditional: A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

I'm going to admit, I've read all three of these books. But I love them so much I want others to read them with me. :)

Adult - The Old Nurse's Story by Elizabeth Gaskell.

Traditional Kwaidan: Stories and Studies of Strange Things by Lafcadio Hearn

Those both fit the theme, but we read Kwaidan for a Japanese-themed group read last year. That's too soon to read it again as a group.

I removed my nomination for the YA book Ghost Girl in the Corner because I realized it was the second book in a series

Is there any way to edit a poll once it's up? It should be A Christmas Carol on traditional, not Four complete novels.

Kirsten (ringwraith10) | 42 comments Ooh, I think I just made it in time! For an adult book I'd like to nominate Sparrow Hill Road by Seanan McGuire.
