What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I can't remember the name of this book and it's driving me crazy. I read it around 2016 but I don't know if that's close to the publication date. It's a kids book set in a future. There's an area called the country where people farm and a city where all the rich people are. These orphans from the country are taken into this orphanage. Everything seems perfect except these kids keep on getting called in for appointments with doctors. When they get called in, they black out and have no recollection of anything they did. The other kids tell them that they were doing weird things like sniffing the grass but the kids don't remember doing anything like this. In the end it is revealed that the kid's consciousness is being sold to old people. The old people want it so they can feel young again. They have to escape but they are locked in this place. I don't remember exactly how they get out but I know that they throw a brick at one of the evil people. The title was kind of long, a few words/phrase, and there were a bunch of kids on the cover. I think one of the girl's had red hair. The color was kind of muted on the cover. If anyone remembers anything I would really appreciate it. It's bothering me so much. Thank you.
