𝓣 he fae have always existed or at least that's what it seems like to mortals. Ancient as the earth below them but as beautiful as the sky above. As terrible and they are beautiful, they have always walked the woods and mountains of the Vale. Yet despite their terrible immortality they lack one thing, a thing the desire more than anything. Craft. The fae have always been jealous of the human ability to build, to sew, to cook. They have always been patrons of the humans’ craft, for as long as anyone can remember, since it goes against the of old laws of the fae to take part in such things. From the extravagant clothes the fae don in their revels to the swords they use to cut down their foes, the art of craft is their treasure.

𝓣 he four faerie courts rule the lands: the Spring Court, the Summer Court, the Autumn Court, and the Winter Court. Each division of land is ruled by an ancient and powerful prince, fae who’s mere presence is enough to rattle the citizens where they stand. Their word is law, none dare to defy it. Well, nearly everyone. The other princes may be the only exception, for they are equally powerful and feel no fear or cowardness with each other. This behavior constantly result in the slash between the Seelie Courts of Spring and Summer and the Unseelie Courts of Autumn and Winter, the mortal humans of the land often caught in the crossfire with nowhere to go. They are held captive by the fae who seek the work of their hands and wish to keep it for themselves.

𝓔 ach court relies on human craftsmen and women to provide the craft they so desperately desire. In return the fae give the humans enchantments of all kinds. Some will cause any that meet you to fall madly in love, one might cause your tears to turn into shining pearls, yet all are as dangerous as the fairies that cast them. Listen carefully or you might end up with something far less desirable than intended.

𝓣 here are whispers of a new Faerie Queen rising among the courts and the ruling Princes are growing uneasy. For a millennia, a Queen has not sat upon the throne and the Princes have ruled their courts unchecked and unchallenged. The rumors of change do not bode well with them and nor should they, a queen would mean a restraint of power and authority for these powerful immortals. These Princes are as terrible as any faerie and will stop at nothing to keep their power and destroy the threat who calls herself “the Heir of the Queen”. This fear of theirs isn’t going to last long if they have a say in it. But the real question is, can they stand against the Heir and the people themselves?
