Greetings! I’m looking for 2 books I read in the mid to late 90s, both by the same author. I read them at a branch library in the Kansas City area, and I’m pretty sure they weren’t new at the time. I’m guessing they were from the late 80s or early 90s. Both were children’s or YA fiction about fairies. I think they both had the words fairy/faerie in the title and possibly referred to royalty (like The Fairy Prince possibly?) They were chapter books (at least 200+ pages), and I remember being entranced by the cover art - One featured an illustration of a handsome, blonde, cool looking fairy with pointed ears. I really don’t remember the plots. I think there was a romantic element (maybe some forbidden romance between a fairy and mortal?) and possibly some fairy family drama? Anyone have any guesses? I’ve spent hours looking at cover art this evening with no luck. Thanks!
