Play Book Tag discussion

Wonderstruck is set 50 years apart and tells the story of two children. Ben's story is all in written word set in 1977. Rose's story is told all in pictures and set in 1927. Ben is in search of his father, who was last known to be in New York City and Rose is in search of her mother, an actress of silent film working in New York City.

As the story plays out, Rose's & Ben's lives intertwine....both then told in both word and picture.

I loved this book almost as much as "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" also Brain Selznick. He is a wonderful story teller in both word and through picture. I look forward to watching the movie based on this book.

Going to read this. I love Hugo Cabret.
