Join Allyson and Ann for the 3rd book in the Heist Society Series - Perfect Scoundrels by Ally Carter. If interested, there is Book 2.5 (an in-betweener) called Double Crossed: A Spies and Thieves Story. It is an eBook (short story) and has our favorite Hale from Heist Society plus another character from the Gallagher Girls Series.

It is Book 5.5 in the Gallagher Girls series, so you would want to read 5 books before this. It is not necessary to read in-betweeners. Sometimes that add to the story, sometimes they don't. Most often they are just extra fluff to characters. Who knows, reading it now may intrigue you to read the Gallagher Girls series.

I am starting this a couple of days early as I want to get it returned to the library with my other books when I go to pick up my January reads. I may finish it before the actual start. Allyson, will you be reading it still with me or just skimming?

No, I would love to hear how it all ends but I didn't bother to order it through my library. It just didn't interest me enough. 😂

I think I lost my buddy's. LOL!! However, I am still reading and enjoying this one more than the other two. Hale and Kat are finally together. Hale's nickname is Scoot or Scooter, so that is new. This book takes on a more personal note as the con is directed at Hale. Interesting take. I hope to finish today (yes, a couple days before our actual start date).

This being the 3rd book in the series was SO MUCH better than the first two. I really liked this as the con was against one of the original Heist Society members. Hale and Kat came together, so I got a little romance in here. And it was easy to follow. The first two really didn't make a lot of sense in regards to the con, but this one took on a different level that was easily understandable. I think my favorite chapter was when all the cons were brought in for the one big con. Glad I stayed and finished the series as this book wrapped it all up. Only questions left.... 1. What does W.W. stand for, and 2. Who is Visily Romani still. Will there be another book?

Those questions weren't answered??? 😱😱😱 That was like the only reasons I almost finished the series!! I decided I wasn't curious enough and I'm glad I did!

Oh my! I'm really interested to know why Hale is getting conned but still can't pain myself to read it... if only there were audiobooks.

And the fact that those two questions weren't answered would have made me soooo annoyed, and still does to be honest.
