Camp Half-Blood discussion

Blue Territory

Blue team.
Heaven walked towards the clearing. She was a bit mad that she wasn't in the forest, it had so much more coverage. She sighed and adjusted her armour. If she was going into battle, she was going to look good. She tied her dark brown hair in a low ponytail and put her helmet on.

Blue team

Amber walked up to the clearing and waved hastily at Heaven whom she didn't know. She adjusted her armour which was too big and let her colorfoul hair down before putting on her helmet. She smiled and took out her rainbow dagger, playing a bit with it while waiting for the game to begin.

Blue team

Heaven walked over to the girl who had waved to her just then. A smile on her face. "Hey." She said as she looked at the girl. "Love the dagger." She commented as she watched the sun reflect off of it. Her colourful eyes shinning with amusement.

Blue Team
Sh*t, Melanie thought to herself as she hurried to the clearing from the northern woods as fast as someone could with a bow, quiver full of arrows and Stygian iron mace. She had lost track of time, developing test strips in the arts and crafts' darkroom, and then, she went to the wrong team's side. Just as she was about to enter the clearing, she collided with Brooke who was also running late. The two girls' weapons fell on the ground and Brooke cursed in Greek. The daughter of Pan bent down to grab her tomahawks and the daughter of Melinoe frantically went down on her knees, collecting her scattered arrows.

Blue team

"Oh, thanks!" Amber smiled widly, her eyes twinkling, "a gift from my mother." She looked at her dagger with pride and turned it around. "This armour looks perfect on you!" she commented and she quickly added before forgetting, "by the way, I'm Amber!" She handed out her hand for Heaven to shake.

Blue team
"Heaven." She said as she took Amber's hand. "Daughter of Aphrodite, how about you?" She asked with curiosity. Trying to see a defining feature in Amber that could tell her who her godly parent was.

Blue team

Amber chuckled, "I can see that! I'm daughter of Iris!"
In the corner of her eyes, she saw two girls falling. She suppressed a giggle and pointed to where Melanie and Brooke where, "maybe we should go and help them!"

Blue team.
She flashed Amber a smile. "Probably." She replied as she walked over to help the girls. She walked across the grass clearing to the girls. "Need any help?" She asked as she crouched down.

Blue Team
Brooke glanced over at the girl who ran into her. She clearly was trying not to meet her eye as she picked up her scatter arrows. Brooke placed her axes in her holsters on her waist and picked up the mace, offering it to Melanie as she picked up everything else. "Thanks," she muttered.

Brooke nodded. "Just make sure you run at the other side with your mace next time. Okay?" Her lips were formed in an amused smirk. In response, Melanie nodded and nervously answered, "Sorry." Then, the two of them walked to the rest of their team.

Blue team

Amber quickly followed and crouched down next to the girls, smiling. She didn't know what to say as Heaven had said the exact sentence she had in mind and awkwardly opened her mouth to shut it without having said a word.

Blue team
Heaven stood up and assessed the girls. "So this is the team?" She said as she looked at the weapons.

Blue team

Amber quickly got back up and followed them to hear the discussion, smiling as always.

Before Melanie could respond, Brooke answered, "No, I think we are all good." She was grateful that she jumped in. "Brooke from Pan," she said before turning to the other girl. "And this is... I don't really know. We just met." She had no idea what the grunge goth girl's name was. "Melanie, daughter of Melinoe," Melanie answered.

Heaven looked at both girls. "I'm Heaven daughter of Aphrodite." She said to the girls. She took out her dagger from her boot. 'I should probably keep this on my belt.' She thought as she ran her hand along the metal rose at the handle.

Blue team

Without meaning too, Amber's smile wavered a bit at the mention of Melinoe, she had never had any acounter with her but had heard things that really scared her.
She quickly said "nice to meet you!", her smile wider to hide her moment of hesitation, "I'm Amber, daughter of Iris".

Blue Team

Melanie eyed the rose on Heaven's hilt in admiration. "I like your dagger," she said softly before quickly looking away to avoid eye contact.

"Daughter of the rainbow goddess," Brooke mused. "Isn't your mom basically the goddess of gay pride?" A look of amusement was on her face. Then, she went on. "Daughters of Pan, Aphrodite, Iris and Melinoe. Basically, nature, beauty, rainbows, and nightmares. Sounds terrifying."

Blue team

Amber laughed, "terrifying would be the word!"
'Goddess of gay pride' she then thought, laughing to herself. That was the first time she got this one and it was pretty funny as she thought of it, and accurate too.

Blue team
Heaven's eyes lit up and almost went red. "Dangerous is more the word I would use." She grinned as she adjusted her ponytail.

Blue team

Amber chuckled and reajusted her armour, impatient for Capture the Flag to begin. She looked around, watching if anyone was coming to join them.

Blue Team
Melanie couldn't help but smile at the conversation. Brooke looked around them too. "We would be even more dangerous if we had a child of Hades or Poseidon here. Two of the most powerful cabins are on this team. You would think just one of these guys would show up, but I guess not."

Blue team

Amber sighed, they were alone and would have to do their best without these powerful cabins. "Oh well, we'll manage all fine on our own", I think , she added to herself but simply smiled as she looked back at her dagger.

Right on cue, the conch horn sounded.

"So what’s the strategy?" Heaven asked as the conch horn sounded.

Amber surveilled their surroundings and said quickly"we should have people hide as best as they can to protect the flag and suprise blue team when they come".

Melanie shook her head. "I don't know," Brooke answered. "Maybe at least one person should guard the flag. Probably a good defense would be best since we don't know who the other team has and we don't have much any powerful people."

"I’ll stay back. I am very good at sneaking up on people." She said with a big grin.

Amber grinned, "great!"
Her eyes flitted around, trying to spot a potential blue feathered helmet. "Of course," she nodded to Brooke, "it's just that we maybe should hide our defense to make it more effective. Who's good in attack and acting? So we can act as if our attack is really low and get to them when they're close enough"

cale dashed through jumping and dodging fighters as electricity surged through him giving him a boost although he would probably pass out after this

Blue Team
"I am," Melanie said quietly.

Amber smiled slightly at Melanie and said "great! Then you can be our attack and I-"
Amber spotted Cale and sprinted after him, getting out her spray that really looked ridiculous but at least it would itch him and slow him down.

Blue Team
"Sh*t," Brooke cursed. She threw her tomahawk at Cale.

Blue Team
Melanie nodded and ran toward the creekm

cale deflected it with a shield as he shifted to sword and shield mode

Red team
Tim know Jed and arrow and aimed for the demigod with a bow. His arrow shooting right above her shoulder.

Blue team

Amber's eyes found a spot of bare skin and being close enough, she sprayed Cale. He would start itching uncontrollably in under a minute, if everything worked out.
She grinned interiorly as she saw from the corner of her eye Melanie go to the creek.

cale ignored the spray and the itching that ensued, being to angry to scratch and dashed out of sight-red team

Blue Team
Brooke grabbed her another tomahawk from her hip and before running at Cale. She did a fake strike at his abdomen before hitting his head with the hilt of her axe.

Blue team

Amber cursed under her breath but wasn't about to give up, she continued running like crazy but this time taking care to hide at the same time.

Red team
Tim was wide eyed as they focused on Cale.
He knocked multiple arrows in their direction to make them focus on him.

cale took the hit and stumbled back and summoned a thunderbolt that bounced off his blade and struck her, losing energy he forged ahead continuing to think of what had angered him and got a burst of energy

((If you use too much, power, he should be very drained quickly even with the adrenaline.))

Blue team

Amber turned her dagger around, the point of it towards her and trudged forwards as silent as possible to try and intercept Cale when he'd go near her.

Brooke jumped back, her hair frizzy and wild now. "Overpowered b*st*rd," she cursed. She slowed stood back up.
