The LA Public Library is holding a talk about Octavia Butler. Per the blurb:

"Join us in a conversation between Lynell George, author of A Handful of Earth, A Handful of Sky: The World of Octavia E. Butler, and City Librarian John F. Szabo about her new book and the award-winning science fiction writer Octavia E. Butler and the lab's namesake.

This program will be streamed live on YouTube and Facebook."

This was a wonderful conversation. Also, the artwork of the cover of A Handful of Earth, A Handful of Sky: The World of Octavia E. Butler is beautiful. Anyone know who the artist is?
