Sarah (sarahjane) | 2 comments Hey Everyone : )
This is the first book to my Urban/Paranormal Romance set in the present day city of Edinburgh, Scotland. The city that has a history steeped in dark tales and the blood of the innocent. A city trapped in time, built on the bones of it's dead.

Sister's of the night here my call
For I Lillias speak to you all
A crimson sky and a full blood moon
Births the day of night written in the runes
Pagan roots run deep within
The curse that haunts the hunted kin.

Charlotte MacLaren is a criminal investigative journalist, mostly working on cold cases within the city. But, when young women start turning up dead in unusual circumstances, Charlotte throws herself into solving this current case. With a little help from her friends, a Police Officer and her sister's girlfriend a self-confessed witch she delves deeper into these current murders discovering a supernatural world thriving in the underbelly of her old city. But, what Charlotte doesn't know yet is that her part to play in all of this is far bigger than she could have ever imagined. As the past and present collide it brings with it a deadly sequence of events that not even the God's could save her from.

The past is coming for her and it carries a nasty bite.........

My book is available on KU and I'll let you all know when I do another giveaway if anyone is interested : ) Merry Christmas/Happy Holiday's everyone! Let's hope 2021 is a lot better than 2020.

"Sister's of the night here my call"

When the very first line contains not one, but TWO obvious and elementary errors, that doesn't bode well for the rest of the book.

Editors really are your friends!

Sarah (sarahjane) | 2 comments Yes, thank you for the advice guys.

I'm working on it...........

I've seen many books with reviews who have stated that the book has not been edited (probably because the author couldn't afford it at that time) but they still enjoyed the story. I am currently in discussion with an editor who has agreed to help me, but your encouragement, and support was much appreciated. Maybe you'll be interested in reading the book once it's been edited, or maybe it's just not your cup of tea.

Have a Merry Christmas : )
