I'm going to kickstart this off by saying that the Shadowhunter mythology is one of my favourites. I adore this concept and I am aware that the characters are a bit repetitive from series to series but that DOES NOT STOP ME FROM SHOWERING MY LOVE ON THEM😁

I've only read the first four or five books in The Mortal Instruments series, but I really enjoyed them. I ship Sizzy and Malec. <3

I love Cassie and her writing, she's a great story teller, the way she creates her characters, how can anyone not love them?!
And the thing I love the most about her characters is how they all make mistakes and all of them have their personal flaws. They aren't some perfect fictional characters but on the contrary they are so real and anyone can relate.
Btw guys, what is your favorite series of the Shadowhunters Chronicle?

SAME, I stopped after City of Fallen Angels and just browsed through the remaining books.

Aaahh, Sizzy is adorable💕
But what about Rizzy? They have chemistry that cannot be denied!

But some would disagree and say that Jace is "perfect" 🙄
How do you'll feel about Jace?

I would go with TID but it's been years since I last read it and I have no idea how my opinions might have changed.
I liked TDA as well.

I love Jace, especially his sarcasm and confidence and you know he reminds me of Will in some ways, but he isn't perfect! in City of Fallen Angels and City of Lost Souls, he made mistakes If I remember correctly.

It's hard you to choose between TMI and TID! I'm stuck between them but the plot of TID was much coherent and stronger though I entered Shadow World because of TMI and Malec so I owe them!

Yes MALEC. I can understand the bonds of loyalty. I entered the Shadow World through TID, so that's where my fealty must lie😌
But TMI's gang will always be my favourite of them all❤️

I have read all of the books except for the novellas or collections of short stories is the better term. I love Cassie's writing so much. Jace annoys me so much but I see his necessity to the books and the plot.

I started The Bane chronicles but I only finished part 1, which wasn't very good imo. So I put it in hold and decided that I'll get to it when I feel like reading it.
Cassie does have a really vast world and she's still creating. It's amazing how she's able to do it all!

Rizzy does have some chemistry, but Sizzy is just so much cuter in my opinion :)

I've watched the first season of the show and part of the second season. One of the main actors in the show said a homophobic slur and it sort of caused me to lose interest in the show for a while, but I just discovered that the show is on Hulu, so I'm going to try to get caught up on it soon

I don't really like Cassie's writing style but this world, her plots, and characters are just amazing.

It was Dom (Jace) and Matthew (Alec). Matthew was doing a live stream and Dom walked up to him and called him the f slur :(
