Lol.
SAME. That is the dream. I'd love to go traveling around the world one day as well.
Imagine if we could do one of those home switches🤔.You go to mine, I go to yours. I've only seen it ever done in movies.
Do people actually do that? It just seems weird to me, allowing complete strangers live in your house.

Sadly, there aren't many beaches in Virginia but we travel to RI each year and the beaches there are decent. I would love to go and live in Austria one day, don't ask why it's been an obsession for years now. I have been to Spain & France and am supposed to visit my cousins in London when things open back up again.

Wow, you travel more than I have in my entire life😂 Austria would be nice too. Okay, I won't question it because I want to go to Peru.
I hope you get to see your cousins Lorelei🙂

I'd love to be there rn🥺
We don't get much snow in South Africa and when we do, it's never in my city! You're so lucky, though you might not be feeling so at the moment😅 How are your toes?

It's actually pretty fun to have snow since it's almost Christmas and i love having a white Christmas. It's not extremely cole today, just windy so I'm not super cold

Our diversity is what makes us strong. In addition to being the most diverse city in the State, we also have some of the best schools, consistently rated one of the safest cities, and enjoy a strong economy. The City of Troy boasts the best shopping in the State: Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany's, Godiva, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Versace, and more. Great for people watching and seeing the AMAZING cars that are being valeted.
For dinner, I would check out Forest in Birmingham or Sedona Taphouse in Troy. At Forest, you can check out the baked Alaska, and at Sedona Taphouse: Scallops, gorgonzola chopped salad, gluten free canyon crab flat bread, and a flourless chocolate cake with a raspberry sauce.
Troy is considered the Metro-Detroit area so it is very heavily dependent on cars as the mode of transportation so you will need a rental car or take Uber. The library does what it can, but it is in major need of updating and popular books can have very long hold times. It is closed on Friday. There is a lovely little outdoor waterpark that is open during the summer.
Troy enjoys 4 distinct seasons. Summer is absolutely beautiful. There is beautiful greenery all around. Take a stroll through Boulan park. At times there are free outdoor concerts. There is also Ray's Ice Cream in Royal Oak. Yum! In fall, the leaves will change colors. It is a popular time to go to the apple orchards in nearby cities and drink apple cider and enjoy fresh donuts. In winter, it can be quite cold. At times -30 degrees F so you will need a winter coat, gloves, boots, etc. It can snow, and there is a park where you can go sledding. In the spring, the weather is very uncertain. It can be snowing one day and 70 degrees F the next. Or it can be raining. The leaves and tress will start to bud in April/May and everyone will start dreaming of their summer vacations.
I am from Punjab in India.
And yes I agree with @forevabookish that India has EVERYTHING.
But I live in the plains where it goes up to like 45 degrees in summer and sometimes even 0 degree in winter.
Any other ideas as to what I should say about myself?

Quebec? Wow. You have a great connection with the HoO series. Do you remember that? I suppose you have read HoO right?

Tell us a little bit about your country/city/town.
I'm from South Africa, I live on the coast. And it's been terribly hot recently but thankfully, it's raining at the moment so my sweat glands can finally breathe!😅
South Africa is actually called "The Rainbow Nation" because it's a really diverse country and we have a rich cultural heritage which I'm ashamed to know so little of.
Oh, and there are lots of museums and heritage sites to visit.
Is anyone from/has been to South Africa?
