What a shame we just missed this one for December. But, reading it in January is better than the middle of summer!
ALL ROADS HOME
On his way home to San Diego, P.I. Patrick Kincaid takes a detour through San Francisco to check on the wellbeing of a family friend who's mysteriously been unreachable. What he doesn't expect is to be shot at before he can find out why attorney Elle Santana won't ask the police for help in finding a missing girl. Soon, he's on the run from both good guys and bad as he and Elle race to find the witness and take down a sweatshop run by a corrupt businessman with a penchant for violence.

Lucia (Lucy) Kincaid: Youngest of the Kincaid siblings. She’s just started her training at the FBI academy. She’s a rape survivor and in a relationship with Sean Rogan. She’s 25-years old and has long black hair and brown eyes.
Sean Rogan: The youngest of the Rogan siblings, he’s a partner at Rogan-Caruso-Kincaid and in a relationship with Lucy. He and Patrick Kincaid recently opened their Washington, DC office.
Patrick Kincaid: Lucy’s 34-year old brother, a former e-crimes detective with the San Diego Police Department. He now a partner at Rogan-Caruso-Kincaid (RCK) and opened their new office in Washington DC with Sean Rogan. He was in a coma for two years after suffering a brain injury during Lucy’s rescue.
Gabrielle (Elle) Santana: San Francisco attorney working for the law firm Feliz, Hochman and Fellows. She’s 32-years old with dark eyes and long, dark hair.
Dillon Kincaid: Lucy’s brother who she lives with. He’s a forensic psychiatrist and civilian consultant for the FBI. He’s married to Kate and is Jack’s fraternal twin brother.
Kate Donovan: FBI agent specializing in e-crimes. She’s married to Dillon. She was critical in locating Lucy following her abduction. She has short, white blond hair and blue eyes.
Connor Kincaid: Carina’s older brother, a private investigator and former San Diego Police Department detective. He’s married to Julia. He’s 6’3” with collar length black hair and black eyes.
Julia Chandler Kincaid: Deputy district attorney and Emily’s aunt. She’s married to Connor Kincaid. She’s 34-years old, 5’9” with blond hair and blue eyes.
Carina Kincaid Thomas: Homicide detective with the San Diego Police Department. She’s Will’s partner and married to Nick.
Nick Thomas: Former sheriff of Gallatin County, Montana. He’s married to Carina and is a private investigator. He and Connor are business partner. He’s 6’3” and has blue eyes.
Jack Kincaid: Lucy’s oldest brother. Partner at Rogan-Caruso-Kincaid (RCK). Former Army Ranger Delta Force who later headed a small mercenary group in Texas focused on rescue missions and foreign hostage situations before joining RCK. He’s married to Megan, Dillon’s twin and was estranged from his family for years. He’s 6’1” with dark hair and brown eyes.
Megan Elliott Kincaid: FBI special agent and head of the Sacramento Regional Violent Crimes/Major Offender Squad. She’s married to Jack Kincaid, Mitch Bianchi’s ex-wife and Matt’s sister. They have a younger half sister, Margo. She’s 5’8” and has blond hair and green eyes.
Nelia Kincaid Stanton: Formerly married to Andrew Stanton and one of the Kincaid siblings. Her son, Justin, was murdered and she left town. She helped Tom O’Brien and rescued him after he was shot by Aaron Doherty and left for dead in Idaho.
Thomas (Tom) O’Brien: Nelia’s companion. He’s a former San Quentin prisoner who escaped during the earthquake. He was wrongly convicted of the murders of his wife and her lover 15 years ago and was later exonerated. He helped law enforcement recapture or kill all the other escaped prisoners.
Andrew Stanton: Nelia’s ex-husband, Justin’s father. He was a prosecutor and is now the district attorney.
Justin Stanton: Nelia and Andrew’s son who was abducted and murdered when he was 6-years old and she was in high school.
Rosa Kincaid: Matriarch of the Kincaid family, married to Pat.
Pat Kincaid: Patriarch of the Kincaid family, married to Rosa. He’s a retired Army colonel.
Duke Rogan: Security specialist at Rogan-Caruso-Kincaid (RCK). He’s a former Marine marksman. He’s married to Nora English. He raised Sean following the death of their parents in a plane crash.
Nora English: FBI special agent in the domestic terrorism unit. She’s married to Duke.
Kane Rogan: The oldest of the Rogan siblings, a partner at Rogan-Caruso-Kincaid (RCK).
Liam Rogan: Sean’s older brother who works in Europe, running his own private security firm with his twin sister Eden.
Eden Rogan: Only sister of the Rogan siblings who works in Europe, running her own private security firm with her twin brother Liam.
Molly Rogan: Sean’s older sister who died of a drug overdose when he was very young.

Christopher Lee was indeed a human trafficker but so was Clark. He tried to kill Elle but she was rescued by Patrick and the SWAT team. Kami and Ashley were both saved but Patrick had to get Sean to help him erase Richie Lorenzo’s record before he would disclose where Clark had taken Elle.
Elle had a tough time reckoning with Patrick’s work and said some harsh things to him before she made nice with him in San Diego. They took off for Hawaii together after Christmas.
Denver
Kate & Dillon and Sean & Lucy work with local Denver police and hotel security to trap James St. Paul’s crazy ex-girlfriend Tessa as she attempted to kill his pregnant girlfriend, Denise. Kate was disguised as Denise. Tessa murdered two women who looked like Denise and a maid before she was caught.
San Diego
Charlie Peterson was alerted by nurse Wendy Parsons when he started asking questions about his sister’s death. He arranged to have the three nurses who were with her the night she died to come to the morgue along with Wendy, planning to confront them. The head nurse, Marilyn Todd, was actually the murderer and she killed Wendy before she could join them. Charlie took them hostage after Carina confronted him, taking her in, too. She convinced him to let Lucy do the autopsy but he was apprehended before he could get the lab results. Lucy contacted the DA, her ex-brother-in-law Andrew, and asked for his help in analyzing the lab work, confirming Charlie’s sister and other patients had been murdered by Marilyn. Todd had killed her sister as a mercy killing and became imbalanced, killing women who were in remission, thinking she was saving them from future heartache. She also later murdered Charlie.
Lucy ran into her sister Nelia at the hospital, who still barely spoke to her...first time in 18 years.
Elle joined Patrick in San Diego and apologized.
