Want to participate in January Jam Jar? You're in the right place!

Simply post your reading progress here! You can also post the beginning contents of your jar, if you'd like!

When you progress in your TBR, you can update your original comment, add a comment stating your progress, or preferably, BOTH! Whether you've just started a new read, finished a book, or just want to share some thoughts, have at it!

If you'd like to update your original TBR comment as you progress, you can strike through the titles, add (READ) to the line, or whatever else you like. Feel free to add more to your TBR as the month progresses!

Jennifer (nennez) | 24 comments I'm so excited for this year and I'll try to read at least one book that I choose every month! It'll be books that I've had on my shelves since 2020 and not new books, review copies and arcs - only books that I've bought my own.

I'll put all of my unread books in a jar, and then pick from it. I'll update here when I'm currently reading something or which book I choose - and of course when I finished it.

I can't wait for 2020 to be over and hopefully 2021 will be full of love and a better world.

Currently reading:
You Should See Me in a Crown

Finished:

Other books I finished that wasn't from the jar
Bärarna
Pojken från skogen
Midnattsbiblioteket

Gretchen (gkonkler5) | 5 comments My main reading goal is to read books already on my shelf. Another challenge I'm working on is to do NO uncessary spending and sadly books are off limits this year. I'll use the library to fill that need. Just have to learn to manage it. So frustrating when all the holds come in at once!

January TBR:
This Is How I Lied
The Sister
No Exit
The Silence of the Lambs

This is the first of some books that I wanted to read in 2020:

Grounds for Murder Tara Lush 1/9/21
A Murder Between the Pages Amy Lillard 1/19/21
