Carroll John Daly is the first recognized writer of a new genre that exploded on to the American scene in the early 1920s. His main hero through many a novel and short story for the next two decades or so was Race Williams. Come join us as we read a collection of three short stories: Daly's first published one, his first hardboiled short story, and the first Race Williams story where Race takes on the KKK.
