I just started this book Dark and Deadly Things (Dark Things #1) by Kelly Martin . I am only in Chapter 4 but I can see this as a TV show or movie. It is captivating. This is a new author for me but so far I want to read more.

I like reading in bed or at the coffee shop. It's easier to concentrate on my book in bed, because I don't take my cell phone or laptop to bed with me.

I like reading when the tv's on, too. I don't really like it much, so I'll often go in the other room and read.

Heidi Thomas | 8 comments I used to read during commercials on TV, but now that most of what I watch is streaming (no comms), I read before going to sleep, or over lunch/dinner. Whenever I get a chance. Always have a book going!

You have a better attention span than I do. I can't read during commercials because it's too distracting.

E.G. Moore (emilygmoorewriter) | 19 comments I read almost daily unless my day job shifts wear me out. Usually at night in bed. During summer, I read in my hammock when I can, and when we go camping I always take a couple books. Also when we go fishing/boating I have one handy. Coffee shops, waiting in line, riding in the car… when we put it out there like this, seems a bit like an issue. Lol.

I have a book or my kindle with me most of the time as well. I also take them camping. I bring both because I still love the physical book in my hand, and/or my kindle battery could be charging. You never know. If this is a issue, I have it too. lol
How do you like to camp? We have a 5th wheel.

I like reading in coffee shops and leaving my phone at home. It reduces the distractions.
