Star Wars Book Club discussion

This book follows Obi-wan and Anakin on a mission sanctioned by the council to find a missing Jedi on a far away uncharted, mysterious planet. They will encounter unexplained mysteries among the locals of this planet, as the Republic hatches a plan to exploit the resources of this planet to further their military and technology. The Republic forces are led by an ambitious Commander Tarkin using an old friend to help execute his plan.

This book is a slow read to begin with but picks up about half way through. It picks up and get really interesting.

Anakin's connection to the(view spoiler)[spaceship and his love for speed is definitely visible. (hide spoiler)] I liked the book. And, BTW, the world shows up in NJO! Anakin with the seed-partners is a memorable scene.

It took me some time to get into it but it picked up at the end. It took me a week longer than what I expected to get through it.
