Mount TBR 2021 discussion

This is my first time trying this and I desperately need it. I have over 300 TBRs around my apartment. I read 495 books last year, but 144 were audiobooks and 225 comics/manga. That makes only 126 written word books. For myself I am going to exclude the stacks of unread comic book paperbacks from my climb. I am also going to exclude any book club books that do not go to the donate pile.
