These low calorie meals are bursting with flavour, so much so that even my non-dieting family love them. The Fakeaway Meals in particular are a treat not to be missed.
I don't eat meat but I can easily adapt the recipes to use Quorn or other substitutes.
You do need lots of herbs and spices to begin with but once you have bought them they are used in lots of the recipes. Although it is called Quick and Easy, some of the recipes can be a little time consuming but the wait is worth it.
There is also a website and Facebook page that offers a really supportive community, so if you are thinking of getting back in shape it is worth checking them out.
