Beena (beenz) | 2196 comments Ooh, that's a really good challenge this year Katie! I totally flopped with mine last year, I completely forgot about it lol. And I think ultimately I already had a line up of what I wanted to read and this would have required me to look outside it- which is a good thing, it's a great idea to have prompts that help you discover books you wouldn't normally read but I just got swept up in my own mood reading lol.

Katie K | 2600 comments Thanks Beena! We’ll see how this challenge goes for sure! I know a lot of the books I read I’ll see if I can fit to this challenge. But at the same time I agree with you that these prompts will inspire me for new reads ^~^ Fingers crossed

Katie K | 2600 comments Maybe I should read more "popular now" books? Or ones on reading clubs, etc. Because man. I really enjoyed Where the Crawdads Sing. Such a nice chance of pace from my usual fantasy. And this hits me right in the feels with a slice of life / coming of age story. With a murder / mystery to boot! So so good. I'm kinda sad it's over...
