As for the purpose of this Telegram group...

Now at the start of 2021, after the wild ride that was 2020, our planet is becoming more and more mysterious...And should other perplexing current events unfold, I and many others in the Telegram group are finding it very helpful to interact instantaneously with various inquisitive and open-minded people all over the world...To compare notes on urgent issues and share and learn from different perspectives, especially about underreported happenings.

And for anyone who does not know, Telegram is reportedly a more secure version of WhatsApp. And with WhatsApp being part of Facebook/Big Tech, Telegram felt like the best home for the "live" chat version of the Goodreads group.

James, apologies to the group. I was called to goodnight prayers and then our WiFi shuts off at 9p.

I’ll definitely check back in tomorrow evening. One thing I’d pass on is the best info will be on Conservative talk radio — no censorship,

Greg Kelly on Newsmax is a good media person to follow on Twitter or Parler.

I think we are in a pivotal time in history.

I’m still wary about joining a live chat group and feel safer on this Goodreads platform. However, there seems to be a lack of interaction on the threads I follow at the moment - is there any censorship going on?

no it's just live chat is taking over a bit and I myself only have time for that. i think you'd enjoy it Anni as so much deep discussion is going on about the state of the world...And there are no sheeple either!

Hi Ruth - That happened to me, and I think you need to install the app first (or click "Don't have Telegram yet?" at the top banner) and then click on the invite. The invite link will then take you through the new account process. I hope this helps! ~ Marianne

Hearing good things about Clubhouse, but it's only on iPhone not Android. I have Android.

Around 1,000 members now...
I think this group on the Telegram platform will be very useful if our online environment becomes more censored...And the situation becomes more urgent in terms of our medical freedoms and human rights. A "live" global thinktank to brainstorm solutions as they happen...
