two sentence horror stories are a great way for inspo
example: We all lost our sight in the Great Blinding. I suddenly regained my sight and all over the walls it said "don't let them know you can see"

Fun character exercise: write a letter from one character to another, it can be about anything. Doesn't matter if they sent it or not. Both characters don't need to be canonically alive. Just write a letter from a character's pov.
