I'd like a buddy! Preferably someone who writes fantasy, writes often, and has similar taste in books as me.

Alex I’d be down. I’m not on my laptop so I can’t compare our books but from what I can tell it’s pretty similar. And I’m writing a fantasy too. :)

I would like a buddy. I'm into ya, fantasy, horror, thriller, lgbtq+, and manga.

I don't really care; A topic might work better just to organize our thoughts and stuff into separate comments, plus then others could check it out if they wanted to.

I believe a writing buddy is there for the other when they feel unmotivated to write (so to give them inspiration etc)

haha I get the confusion. Basically you find someone whos maybe writing something similar to you or on the same writing stage as you and help each other! Or even hold each other accountable. you know, to stay motivated to write :)
Not to mention other things like brainstorming ideas together or reading each other's drafts!

I'd love to! I just compared books, and we have a lot of them in common, so I think our tastes are similar! <3

Hiya guys! The idea of a writing buddy sounds so amazing! I love to write but lately I’ve been feeling so uncreative and unmotivated and I feel like having someone to bounce off of would be so useful. I mostly just read fantasy YA/ NA - especially something with a bit of romance - and I’d sell my left arm for a good enemies-to-lovers book/ series 😍! Please let me know if anyone would be interested!

ok, that's it, i'm doing it - looking for a writing buddy :D i'll be working on a YA fantasy book with possibly a tinge of horror. including: a monster hunter and a sorcerer (yes, you can ship them). focuses on the hero turned villain trope! currently only in the outlining stage but maybe you'll push me to actually start writing. haha.

i'm mostly into fantasy and contemporary stuff, sometimes sci-fi/dystopia. i hope we can help each other out <3

Hey! I'd love a writing buddy. Preferably someone who writes fantasy because that's the majority of what I write. I'd also love someone who's around my age range (teen) just because we'd write more of the same things.
