I think 300-400 is the most for me

Wow :-). It's modest, but I'm satisfied with 30-40 pages Max a day

1250 during Dewey's 24-Hour Readathon in 2019. My best numbers are all from Dewey's.

my copy was around 700 pages

About 800 pages. Granted, it was a series of childrens' books written in a larger font, so very easy to binge-read.

I usually read between 100 and 200 a day. But the most? Probably when I read the first Outlander book, at 850.

On a work day I usually get 50-100 pages read. On my days off I have been know to absorb 500-900 pages while losing track of the entire day lol.

The most I’ve knowing read was 1590. But on most days about 270.

I try to read around 60 per day.

On a free day I once read 400 pages or so. I can never read more than that even though I would love to.

I have done Stephen King novels in one day so that's over 600 pages.

I once read HP and the Philosopher's Stone in one day, that's about 330 pages in German. Sadly I can't do that anymore for some reason although I'd love to just read for hours :/

Well I read Cinder in a few hours, and that's like 400 pages.

500 pages, but that was when I was a kid, now though I don't like to read a book in a short amount of time, I'd rather take the time to enjoy the novel

Never really thought about it. But I did read 'The Broom Of The System' from beginning to end all in one day. Last month I think. How many pages is that. 450? I also read the whole of 'The Secret History' in a day recently. That was 559 pages. That's probably about my limit, based on my starting reading first thing in the morning, pausing briefly to sort out lunch & dinner/have bathroom breaks and just spending the entire day reading. I imagine I could read more, but the longer books seem to be - especially DFW-esque metafiction - the more one needs to take time to mull over all the greater themes; to pick up and process all the little Easter eggs in a sort of literary treasure hunt. So while I might be physically/mentally capable of reading more pages, it probably wouldn't have the impact that a slower, more methodical read would take.

Still, 559 pages isn't bad. 'The Secret History' is an immensely readable book and very hard to put down once you begin. Not hard to plough through it in a day at all.

Back when I mostly read paperback books I probably read 200-300 pages a day. I used to have a job that let me read a lot. I can listen to books while I work nowadays & usually listen at least 3 hours at 1.5x speed. I have listened to books 8 hours in a day before, but I like to listen to music too.

759. I was so scared if having Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows spoiled that I read the whole thing in around 10 hours. what I should have done was to eat and sleep too but you live and learn!

The fear of spoilers is real! I am even wary about watching movie trailers because they show too much of the movie.
