I loved The Thirteenth Tale, by Diane as well, and I have that book on my e-reader. Is it good? I'm always afraid of going for a second book of an author that I loved so much, because I'm afraid it won't meet my expectations...

I loved it. It's very atmospheric and character driven (the Thames is basically a character too). I would also recommend if you like fairy tales and storytelling. I thought it was a beautiful book.
