Just finished this book and I did really enjoy it but I wanted more from the ending.

I really loved this book. I was disappointed with book 2 but this redeemed the series for me. But I don’t think the ending was satisfying, I think there’ll be a spin off series or a novella.

Everyone says the second book was a bit of a let down but I loved the second the most. I really enjoyed following Grey and Lia Mara.
I really hope there is a novella just to tie it all together better. But if she did do a spin off I would love it to follow Lia Mara and Grey.
But then saying that I would love to see a spin of Harper and Rhen but in DC. I think that would be really fun to see Rhen in our world.

I couldn’t connect with Lia Mara in book 2 for some reason and I found her POV annoying, which is mainly why I didn’t like that book. But I do understand why people like it. It isn’t a bad book, in fact I actually loved the writing style! I also think I was a bit bitter about the fact that we don’t get Harper’s POV. (I go into more details in my review.)
But I was fine with Lia Mara’s character in book 3 so I wouldn’t mind a novella with them. :)
It would be fun to see Rhen in DC, but I can’t see Harper wanting to go back...

OMG seeing Rhen it DC would be sooooo entertaining yes.

I personally wasn't that bothered by the ending but I totally get why some people are!

I ordered the book it will arrive till 8 Feb , sooo excited to read it and also scared bcz I don't want that excitement to turn into disappointment .!

I think Harper would take Rhen to DC if she felt it would help him and if they had a way back home.
I wouldn’t feel so left hanging if I knew there was more to come but I just wanted a little bit more.

Yashasvii please don’t let me dampen your excitement it’s still a great book and is a good ending. I’m just no good when I don’t get it all tide up and no unanswered questions.

@Jade you know I am really scared bcz all of the reviews from the book is saying that the ending didn't justify the book but let's find out what happens , curiousity at its best xD

OMG yeah i'd also love to see Harper and Rhen in DC! That'd be so cute!

The ending isn’t actually that bad. I’m sure you’ll still love the book! :)

I was so frustrated reading this book😳... And to be honest I think Prince Rhen deserves better!!!

I feel like Rhen is the best character in this series with the best development... He’s been through the most and has suffered throughout the series. He recognizes his faults and tries to do what’s right for his people and his kingdom...

And again Rhen deserved BETTER!!!!

I am not a fan of Grey & Lia Mara😐I don’t dislike them but I was under the impression that the story was based on Rhen & Harper who I feel get screwed...

Im going to stop now because I can keep rambling, I have so many unanswered questions!!! And so much to say lol

Yashavsii, I think the book is worth reading. I didn't like the ending but I do think this book is better than the second.

@Nakita actually first book was best and if it would have been a standalone it would've been better , but let's see how avsbad goes !

I just finished this book last night and let me just say... what the heck?! I just feel that I spent 3 books leading up to this huge grand finale and it ended up being a few chapters of all the books tying up together and then it ending. On top of that, I realized and feel bad for Rhen because he just got the crap end of the stick all the way around throughout the story (all 3 books), and I don't think he deserved that; I think he deserved a lot better actually - but anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes totally agree! I think this should have been left as a standalone.
Or Lia Mara shouldn’t have been introduced because the plot went in a completely different direction.
And Rhen deserved better!

Let me just start by saying that I love this world and I love the characters that Brigid Kemmerer created. Even the side characters were compelling and easy to fall in love with. I do feel like the author might've gotten swept away with the Grey and Lia Mara arc and there should've been one more book of just Rhen and Harper between books two and three. Maybe a novella or something? (view spoiler)[ The ending did feel a bit rushed although it was very satisfying to imagine Lilith being torn to shreds after all of the atrocious things she did to Rhen. Because of the unresolved conflict in Lia Mara's country, I'm hoping there will be another book or at least a spin off mini series or something! (hide spoiler)]
