Discuss the Voyage of the Dawn Treader here. What did you think of it? What did you like/dislike about it? Who did you like best? What do you think were main themes in the book?

Elizabeth Faustina (ourladysthimble) | 97 comments One thing I noticed in this book was that there were no villains, instead it seemed like a man vs. self and man vs. man conflict, like Eustace with himself, and Edmund and Caspian X that one time on Deathwater Island.

Yes... and man vs nature, and also as you said self in deathwater island, with man against his lust for power and gold. Also Caspian when Aslan tested him when he wanted to go on to Aslan's country.
