Oh cool! Would you say Hindi is easy? How long would it take to learn?

But if you ever need help with a word, just PM me. I’ll be glad to tell you.

Thanks! :)

me too! I grew up learning English, but I've been taking an official Spanish class at my school for 3 years. I'm also trying to learn Korean, but I'm mainly focusing on Spanish.

My mother tongue is Hindi but I am bilingual too, I speak Hindi and English fluently and a little bit of Gujarati.
I am also learning French.
Anyone who speaks French here?

I have also been learning Japanese for 2 years now.

Also I speak and read fluently in English but I don't know if I'd consider myself bilingual. I'd say well-versed is all ;)

It was easy for me since I was born in Port Blair and lived there for 5 years, where Hindi speakers are more. A significant number of Bengalis and Tamilians too live there. Also I learnt it at school.
I reckon you can learn Hindi in 6 months, provided you are dedicated and focused on the task at hand. It will be difficult to learn if you are starting from scratch.

I know our verb tenses can be tricky

Yes, it is a beautiful language and fun to learn! I was learning it using English, but knowing Arabic helped me to learn it better, because our verbs also change depending on the gender, if it was plural..etc

I speak English, Hindi, basic Indonesian,Basic Dutch
I'm born in Bulgaria and we speak Bulgarian at home but sometimes me and my sister speak in English as a joke to annoy our parents and I live in the UK :)

i speak english but i learned spanish and german in highschool and am now studying Korean and hopefully will continue in college!!
I can speak some hindi and punjabi but I’m not as fluent in them as I am in english

@Rushali I took French in High School and loved the language. I've been told it's easier to learn if your native tongue isn't English, but I hear that about learning other languages in general. Sadly most of my French has left my brain since I never used it. I dated a French guy. My French was poor and his English was much better, so we kind of met int he middle! >_< I still know how to say I love cheese and poor me some more wine!
I know phrases and bits of Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean. Mainly from watching TV in those languages. I got decent enough with Mandarin that I actually helped a Chinese college professor with our local bus route. I don't think today I could do it and I'm sad that I'm not good with Mandarin anymore.

And I can also speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu - pretty fluently.
Able to understand basic japanese & spanish.

I speak English pretty fluent and well... German. I'm pretty good at it but they force me into it so much I have no joy in learning it :/
but let's just say if you'd drop me off in Germany I'd be totally fine with my knowledge, I speak good enough to be okay :D

Also, I can speak Hindi (nation language of India) which I can speak fluently and at I can speak Punjabi (language of Punjab) but I am not fluent in it though everyone at school and in my society speaks Phnjabi😂😂

Also, @Gouri, Hindi is not the national language of India. It's just an official language, although one that is spoken in a lot of regions. India does not have a national language.
