I've only come across Summers under the tamarind tree. Please let me know if you've tried it/have any other recommendations. Looking for something authentic.

Haven't read any but Amazon has a good selection of Pakistani cookbooks in English you can go for.

Thanks Huzaifa! I saw Summers Under the Tamarind Tree, but a few reviews said that it wasn't authentic (not spicy enough etc.) so wanted to check if someone from Pakistan/someone they know has tried a cookbook and recommend it.
