This topic is for discussion of A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin.
It is the second book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series.

It was first published in 1998. It won the Locus award for best fantasy novel in 1999. (Actually, I think all of the books in this series have won the Locus award...)
