Frey and Tally are in the same universe but Frey is in a spinoff. Like Six of Crows is in the Grishaverse but it is the second series in Grisha.

Yes. You can read in any order. The shadow and bone trilogy is the first introduction to the world and also comes first chronologically, but six of crows is better written.
If you’re reading six of crows first, then read a little bit about the Grisha magic system or you will be confused. Crooked kingdom, book 2 in the six of crows duology has spoilers for the shadow and bone trilogy though, so if you’re reading the duology first then keep that in mind.

Shadow and Bone, Seige and Storm, Rage and Ruin, Six of Crows, Crooked Kingdom. I pretty sure there's a 0.5 story that is fine to read before Shadow and Bone I just can't remember the name.

I read it in this order, but the shadow and bone series is a bit annoying because of the main character. I enjoyed six of crows much more!
