MelC | 16 comments I've just added Toledo which was the place that the narrator had thought he was sent to be tortured. It was a very short read, but very well described.

Irem A | 60 comments didn't even realize that location was mentioned in pit and pend. Keep up the reading!

MelC | 16 comments Thanks, I’ve got my work cut out for me if I’m to get through the list by the end of the year☺️.

Irem A | 60 comments Know what you mean. Many of us have to fight to the bitter end to have something to show for hehe. I am having my best reading year ever but still have 6 more to go with a full on work life in Q4.

MelC | 16 comments Just added Willingdon mentioned in Animal Farm. It's quite a cute book, with not many pages, but of course it took me ages to read it amongst all the things I do. I recommend the read.

MelC | 16 comments Just finished The Wind up Bird Chronicles, and there were many places mentioned in this book which was set in Japan, but I chose Siberia. Over 600 page long, so not a short read but achievable...if you're not me. LOL

MelC | 16 comments I originally had Chateau D'if from the Count of Monte Cristo, but I changed it to Marsielle instead because Chateau D'if was the actually prison that Donte was sent to; although a place, it is a building (prison). Loved loved loved this book and although many many pages long, it's so worth it.
