You didn't like the first book? I actually really loved it and finished it quite soon. Rue is an amazing character!

dystopian isn't my favorite
I liked the concept of the book tho
I love these books so much!!! They r the books that got me into reading. I’ve read them 8 times now, the first 7 times were back to Back lol.

Can’t believe I still haven’t read this
I know almost people like this book serious, but for some reason I wasn’t all that interested in it. I think it made me realize that I just don’t like those action dystopian novels, so it’s me, not the author or plot of the book. But yeah, I wasn’t the biggest fan of it. Just an opinion tho!!
I love this book series, but I personally didn't like most characters. I think Cinna was the best.
Catching Fire is my favorite of the three, although all 3 are awesome!
I love everything about these books. The plot, the characters, the writing, it's all so well done. I love Katniss because she's not your typical "strong" YA female leads. She can wear pretty dresses and can look absolutely gorgeous, but she can also kill you in a second if you trouble her. That's what I love about her. Also, the fact that she's so flawed, yet so awesome, keeps her among my top fave characters of all time.
