Anybody can me send me a PDF in exchange of an honest review (I do not have KU).
I am also thinking of publishing a book of mine for free on Kindle. I am looking for editors/reviewers before I take the big step.
You can read an advance copy or read it after I publish on Kindle as it is free of cost anyway.
