Author: Fredrik Backman
Would you recommend this book? Definitely! I love the characters that Backman creates and the way your perspective on the plot changes over the course of his novels. Both of my book clubs read/discussed this one earlier this year, so I read it back in April and slated it for this prompt at that time. I may participate in the discussion thread this month since I loved this one.

Would you recommend this book? Yes! Addictive and a real honest-to-goodness locked room mystery. Really enjoyed it, and highly recommend. My first unputdownable of the year.

BOOK: The Sign of Four
AUTHOR: Arthur Conan Doyle
RECOMMEND: Yes. It’s fairly short (just over four hours long) and an easy read. I found a free audiobook at Youtube that has a good narrator.

Recommend: I don't know. I gave this book a two but I've loved other books by him. I don't know if I was in a mood when I read this or what but I thought it was very man splany and tedious. It ended well though.

Would you recommend this book? Absolutely! I love Fredrik Backman’s writing! His subtle humor (I had to laugh out loud several times), his spot-on characteristics of mankind, the plot twists… it’s all there.

Would you recommend: Yes, one of my favorite books this year so far, I really enjoy the way Backman weaves a group of characters together. You never anticipate exactly how it turns out, but I greatly enjoyed the journey.

Would you recommend this book? Of course, you can hardly go wrong with Agatha Christie. The story has a nice build up of suspense and keeps you guessing as to the murderer and how the murders were accomplished.
