I read Rebecca in high school over 50 years ago! I loved it and want to read it again.

Miss Benson's Beetle was set in New Caledonia. I didn't even know where that was until I read the book. I loved this story! (The author also wrote Harold Fry and it's sequel about Queen.)

I just finished Flight of Dreams by Ariel Lawhon. It mostly took place in air but I will categorize it under Germany.
This is one of those books that linger after you turned the last page. And speed-read the last chapter. The mix between fact and fiction was seamless and very believable. An interesting explanation of the Hindenburg explosion.

I finished The Kite Runner last month and forgot to add it. Powerful but very heavy if you are sensitive, like me, to bullies.
