I'd rather erase all my memories. Would you rather have a life were you're a superhero but you have no real family OR be a normal person and have a family.
The knowledge to end a world war. I feel like more people would live... and if only 100 people were to survive in the other option, the knowledge is more worth it. Plus, I could give hints about the way to actually end the war instead of telling people the real reason.
