➳ ʜɪꜱᴛᴏʀʏ - Alright. So, when Malory was about 5, his parents were both murdered. By the former King of Badeux’s army. He’s still unsure why, but he doesn’t really care. That day he hid under his bed for 5 hours, listening as the troops ransacked his entire house but never cared to come upstairs. Once he felt like it was safe, he left the house in a haste and found himself alone. His brothers had escaped and left him. He couldn’t be too mad. He wandered for a bit before finding himself in the town square of Bordeux, France. He was thrown into an orphanage. There he met Blanque Hopper, who slowly befriended him and is still his best friend to this day. However, he didn’t know how to speak English (Malory), only write it. So a kind worker gave him a journal and a pen to write, and that’s how him and Blanque communicated. They grew up together, Malory started his own hat-making business, and here he is now.

𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢｜Cien has been taught to be a very quiet girl. Girls were supposed to be seen, and not heard. The other girls would complain about it. He never really got along with anyone and would just stare at the sea when he was talked to but one day his stepfather noticed that he would stare at the sea and never really focus on anything but the sea so his stepfather had took him on the sea in a ship when he was 14 and said that when he got older he could have the ship and if he chose to make it kind of like a pirate ship. When Lanz was 17 he came out as gay and his mother said that "This is an excuse to get out of a marriage that was planned" but his stepfather accepted him knowing that you can't change who someone loves. When he turned 20 he left weeks before the wedding could happen on the ship taking some men and women who love/loved the sea as much as him, his teenage brother Nick (Who we shall call little fox for now) and became the captain of his ship and vowed that if the ship ever went down he would go with it
