Milind (milindkapadiya) Hey guys! I decided to create a nook where I will share how I procrastinate on things and talk about books. I honestly spend way too much time on things like Goodreads and YouTube. I just remembered that I have not finished my homework. I’ll just do it tomorrow. ;)

Milind (milindkapadiya) I am currently reading a classic called Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea and the story is amazing! I am however having problems getting used to the old and formal writing style in the book since I don’t read many classics. Does anyone else have problems reading classics because of the writing style?

Milind (milindkapadiya) This book is dead even before it started. :/ 😐

Cass (all too tired) | 77 comments yes, I try really hard with classics, but it just seems so wordy and pointless

Milind (milindkapadiya) In my other post I meant to say *nook*. Stupid autocorrect!

Milind (milindkapadiya) I got into a reading slump yesterday and do not want to stay in one so I made a plan. I am going to do a mini read-a-thon starting right now and ending tomorrow night. Anyone can join me if they want to by putting what books they want to read during this time period and at the end of the read-a-thon, post how much you read. I am going to be reading Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea and Thunderhead. I honestly don’t know how I got into a reading slump because I am enjoying the books I am currently reading. Good luck if you decide to join me!!!😁

Milind (milindkapadiya) Yeah, reading slumps suck!!!

Milind (milindkapadiya) I want to try reading poetry and saw some books on sale in Apple Books. Which one should I buy?

Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur
The Sun and her Flowers by Rupi Kaur
The Princess Saves Herself in this One by Amanda Lovelace
Pillow Thoughts by Courtney Peppernell

Let me know which one I should get. My top choice right now is The Sun and her Flowers by Rupi Kaur. Thanks! :)
