Wow. You're telling me that Lote stole the aegis from a ridiculously unguarded place, ran with it through Central Park after, then RAN back to the place where she STOLE IT to hide it there???

Excuse me, but how the heck did she do that?? There wasn’t supposed to be like a lot of Kadmides there?? Exactly because of the robbery?? Like, gathering evidence, making inventory... The type of thing people do when they are robbed? (hide spoiler)]

"I make war," I thought it was so much deeper... It was just the name of a sword. That I honestly didn't even care because it was used maybe in the last 10 chapters and it hasn't done anything a nameless sword couldn't do (hide spoiler)]

51 - End: (view spoiler)[ I was kinda waiting for more from Wrath, but he basically lost an arm in the first minute of the fight. Then Lore is some resilient chick, she got a sword to the chest, was drowned, her spine broken, and still didn't die. Wow. Athena essentially killed every god in this Agon.

The end was... crappy. I was expecting thousand of answers and got none. I got speculation. Like, really? Did you give me a book full of speculation?

omg this does not make sense to me at all. why would Athena leave her alive??when she unnecessarily murdered her family so brutally. how can Athena be so dumb??all this slow, methodical manipulation for nothing.

omg laysa i totally didn't expect it to end in this way, very very anticlimactic ugh i thought the middle of this book sucks but the ending omfg

also THE WRATH has his arm cut off?? really?? he was so powerful and strong and he has his arm cut off??lmaooo

i was expecting some kinda epic battle or something not a petty fight in a tunnel with an amputated villain

I LAUGHED SO HARD AT THIS COMMENT. But yes, basically, I felt the same. The fight was anti-climatic, even the aegis was so underused.

Yeah, this was also VERY CONVENIENT for the plot. Who am I kidding? What plot?

Honestly, if she had even cared to elaborate it, I could've been convinced. Instead, she made a child go through some laughable security and not even bothered to explain how she hid it.

Right there with you girl. I'm still mourning my wasted time. Though I gotta say, I glad you had the same thoughts, because I was worried I actually miss something lol
