message 2: by Eli (new) - rated it 5 stars

Eli (mxjellyfish) | 7 comments Since its release, I’ve had the pleasure of reading Angie Thomas’ “The Hate U Give” twice! Both times were equally as captivating. I think it could be easily argued that “THUG” is one of the best works of fiction heavily focused on social justice of this generation. I wonder what your general opinions on it are and if you believe the story lived up to its potential while progressing through the eyes of the youth?
